every weekend i make a lot of bread and cakes,

the portion is more than i can eat....

well..

i think it is because baking is the only activity can let me forget traffic/work temperorly

i need to concentrate while kneading the dough,

i need to conentrate while weightinig the materials

so i dont have time to think about traffic...

 

if i just watch online TV or browse website, i cant help but chek Google analytics/ adwords....

 

anyway..maybe its a good thing? at least baking is not a pricy leisure activity

and now im confident at making different flavored 湯種麵包.. hahaha

 

i think the first thing i will do after i get visa is buy a lot of baking equipment :p
