it is just like a dream, i still can't believe that i can work in e-business industry in London!

when i arrived, even my boss hasn't in the office yet, but my table already settle down,
one friendly guy let me sit directly , the computer and the office instant messenger already set my name as account!!


after my boss came, she asked me to sign contracts.
when i saw that the salary is same as what they stated in the advertisement, somehow i felt relieved.
because i was really afraid that i have to negotiate about the salary... i really don't know how to discuss this issue

she also showed me a training plan... it is so touching,
i have 5 weeks training program and 3 co-workers will be my mentor
seems like everything prepared already for me!!

the contract stated some thing about probation,
i am a little worry about that, so i asked my boss what are the criteria?
she said that "just make sure u know what we are doing"
seems like not very restrict 

this is a French company, both my boss and directors are from France,
the girl sit next to me is from Hungary, and one of my mentor is a Norwich guy.
i also know one girl who can read chinese is from Japan
it is really exciting!
and i guess maybe they can tolerate my poor English more XD!

my job includes 4 parts
the first part is translating,
the second part is teaching computer how to match the content and search key words (but not computing)
the third part is like sales, have to contact both publishers and advertisers 
the last part is e-marketing,  such as SEO and weblisting

as China, Hong Kong and Taiwan sites are just in their infancy,
so i have to start from translating,
i think it is good, give me more time to get used to it
rather than have to afford the sales responsibility immediately

still remember Pro store?
i said it is a baby which raised by Yahoo's BU and RD
now I have to take care my baby sites by myself!!!!!!!
hope i can be a good mother
