suffering from the uncertainty of dissertation now!!My mood is up and down becuz of  participants' attitude,Please accept my interview!!!!!

worst of all, im so confused about the present way, i dont know whether I should follow my friend's suggestion that invesgate the service gap between online channle and sellers, or keep on success factors for sellers.even though no matter which one the goal is selling product successfully in china online marketplace, and the variables are still same, basically are goods flow, payment system,information flow.... and so on

However, if i wan to change to service gaps investiagion, i need to mix the varibales into the gaps, and now i cant figure out it!!!!!!!! becuz at first i saw the channle as one of the variables, but now it becomes the main issue.........(indeed other variables will be change if sellers using different channle),my brain 轉不過來,need砍掉重練  囧囧囧囧

the advantage of using serive gap model is that it is a quite old model, it seems like the scope will be very clear if i follow the model.
in terms of success factor...
no idea. no framework to follow, my friend said that it would be too narrative and descriptive,

really admire my friend why he can come up a framework right after my poor research explanation.seems like he said that without difficulties.If i already knew a lot of frameworks and theories,i can easily recongnize which framework i can use and how to adopt to theories,but  dont have them at all= =  so the research is based on my imagination and blind reading


the problem of using service gap is i still lack one representative from marketplace side,waiting for reply makes me so anxious

and i know the reason why i care it so much..,becuz i already got the seller who use that marketplace,if i cant get the interviewee from marketplace side, it means i also have to  give up the seller side interview............what a pity

i know i should not worry about it, becuz i cant control they accept interview or not, but at this moment at this time, i cant stop thinking it!!!!!!!! so bad
